Raffle Ticket Purchases

All raffle ticket purchases are final. Due to the nature of raffle entries, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except in cases where a raffle is cancelled or postponed, in which case ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full.

 

Watch/Merchandise Sales

Items purchased directly (outside of raffle entries) may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, papers, and authentication materials.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@scottreddickwatches.com with your order number before returning any item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Raffle tickets, custom or engraved items, and final-sale items marked as such at checkout are not eligible for return.
