Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item purchased. Given the value of the items involved, all watches are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@scottreddickwatches.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
